HYBE has launched the IP publishing and Korean language education business through HYBE EDU to facilitate better communication between K-pop artists like BTS, SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, and their fans. HYBE EDU was acquired and merged into NAVER CAKE in June 2022, creating new synergies with CAKE’s language learning services. CAKE is developing various IP businesses worldwide, including education, publishing, and offline platform ventures, using K-pop artist IPs.
